Shipping Information

Our shipping rates are as follows: Australia Post realtime rates, Australia Post E-parcel. Please note that we only send via regular post with tracking, and signature is required upon delivery and we do not have express post available. 

All orders are shipped within 3 working days. If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email at: sales@ridelo.com.au

Postage and Handling Rates: 

VIC: $14.00 plus $7.00 per additional item in an order

NSW & ACT : $18 plus $8 per additional item in an order.

SA & TAS : $19 plus $9 per additional item in an order.

QLD : $20 plus $9 per additional item in an order.

W.A. & N.T. : $25.00 plus $10 per additional item in an order.

Payment

We require cleared payment within 7 days of the order date. Please note that we do not hold orders after this date.

Refund and Returns

Your satisfaction is our first priority at RIDELO SADDLERY.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU INSPECT ALL ITEMS THOROUGHLY UPON RECEIPT OF GOODS. THIS INCLUDES CHECKING ALL STITCHING, BINDINGS, STRAPS, FITTINGS, FABRIC, SIZES ETC. PLEASE ALSO TRY THE RUG ON YOUR HORSE OVER A CLEAN SHEET TO ENSURE THAT YOU ARE HAPPY WITH THE FIT ETC. 

If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly organise a refund. We also accept returns for change of mind (if you order the wrong rug for example) but you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your goods to organise the return.

All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned with their original packaging and must still be unused. Please contact us and quote your order number, name and item that you are wanting to return and reason so we can respond promptly to your return enquiry and provide further details.
